"For Domestic Shipping (USA)"

We use USPS Priority Flat Rate as our main shipping source. 

The turn around time for regular stock jewelry: 4 - 8 business day.

                                    for custom design jewelry: 3 - 6weeks.

UPS Insured Express 2Day Shipping is also available upon request. Shipping quote will be notified to customer via email once the transaction is completed.  Customer is responsible to pay the difference.  

"For International Shipping"

We use USPS Registered Mail or UPS Insured Express for international shipping, the additional shipping fee quote will be notified to customer via email once the transaction is completed.  Customer is responsible to pay import fees, customs, duties, and value added taxes (VAT), etc.  

Policies for HTY Jewelry Collection

"15 Days Exchange Policy / Store Credit Policy" 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 15 days of receiving it for exchange or store credit only. Item must be in its' original packaging, perfect, unused condition.  Customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We strongly recommend insuring jewelry with a tracking number. Returns lost in shipping will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen jewelry in the customer's custody, but we do offer customer discount for the same item replacement.

" 30 Days Limited Warranty "

We offer 30 days limited warranty for HTY Jewelry Collection, your HTY Jewelry piece is warrantied against failure for 30 days from the date of purchase.  We will repair or replace the piece at our cost.  Warranty excluded normal wear and tear, such as worn prongs, scratches, dents, other malformations due to wear, lost, or stolen are not covered.   

Policy for HTY Custom Designed Jewelry

We offer up to one year limited warranty for custom designed jewelry, the customer will receive a detailed contract and agreement once the final design is approved by the customer. 

Excluded: Jewelry that has been special ordered, customized or custom made cannot be refund, returned, exchanged or discounted replacement.
