Accidents happen. If you damage your jewelry in any way after the item has been in your possession for more than 30 days from the date of purchase, we can repair it for you! We offer excellent repairs at competitive prices.
Please provide as much information regarding your order as possible, including the date of purchase, the name and address associated with your order, and the order number, if available. Also, please described the damage in as much detail as possible. Photographs help too!
Once we receive your item, we will appraise the damage and estimate the necessary cost of repair. If their review requires any changes to your initial estimate, we'll contact you and provide you with an update.
Return shipping and handling costs will be included in your cost estimate. Note that we do not retain our customers payment details and you may be asked to contact us by phone in order to pay the amount due using a credit card. Payment via PayPal is also available.
"Enamel Jewelry Care"
Enamel jewelry is created by the fusion of glass at very high temperatures with metals. Like a fine glass sculpture, enamel jewelry is beautiful and yet fragile, and can scratch easily. It needs proper care on a regular basis to maintain its beauty. Be careful handling your pieces of enamel jewelry .
Place jewelry on tissue paper or soft cloth and wrap it up before and after you wear it. They will protect the glass from accidental scratches and chips. Place the jewelery in a separate storage box. This will prevent them from being bumped against other items and becoming accidentally damaged.

Gold Filled / Gold Vermeil/ Gold Leaf jewelry requires special care. Remember to store your jewelry in an airtight container when not in use and to remove before applying perfumes, lotions, or before bathing. Chlorine, especially at high temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your jewelry. Avoid wearing them while using chlorine bleach or while in a pool or hot tub.
To clean Gold Filled / Gold Vermeil/ Gold Leaf jewelry, buff VERY gently with a soft and dry 100% cotton cloth. NEVER use chemical cleaners on them--it can strip the gold finish. It is natural for Gold Filled / Gold Vermeil/ Gold Leaf jewelry to tarnish with time—it adds character to the item makes it as individual as you are.
"Oxidized Sterling Silver Jewelry Care"
The blackish color of oxidized sterling silver is a special treatment that is achieved by careful processing at our design studio. With time and with wear, the color of the oxidized metal may lighten a bit—this is a natural and organic occurrence. If you attempt to clean oxidized sterling silver with a cloth or chemicals, it may strip off the oxidized finish. Please do not clean oxidized sterling silver jewelry. Attempting to clean oxidized sterling silver jewelry will remove the finish.
"Sterling Silver Jewelry Care"
Sterling silver will tarnish naturally over time but can be cleaned very easily. Be sure to clean the silver only and avoid contact with any stones, particularly pearls and soft stones such as opals and emeralds, as the polish may cause damage to these stones.
Be particularly careful of chlorine. Chlorine, especially at high temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your silver jewelry. Avoid wearing silver jewelry while using chlorine bleach or while in a pool or hot tub. Tarnish is also accelerated in a humid environment. Oily salts from fingers can also tarnish silver.

Cleaning Plain Gold or Platinum Rings
Gold jewelry without gemstones can be cleaned effectively with only water and soap.
Keep in mind that gold is a soft metal and scratches easily.
1. Fill a small bowl with lukewarm water, and add some mild dish soap to prepare a simple cleaning solution.
2. Soak your gold rings in the solution, and leave them in it for about 20-30 minutes. Use a soft brush or a soft cloth to clean dirt off the jewelry.
3. Rinse the soap residue off your gold jewelry with water.
4. Dry your jewelry with a clean towel. Since it might not be possible to wipe dry some hard-to-reach spots, leave the pieces to air dry completely before you put them on.
Cleaning Gold or Platinum Jewelry with Gemstones
If your jewelry has gemstones, it is not recommended to soak it in water. Although some durable stones such as diamonds are not easy to damage, there are a lot of gems that should not be soaked in water for a long time (for example, emerald or onyx).
Follow these steps to clean gold rings with gemstones:
1. Prepare a solution of lukewarm water and mild dish soap.
2. Take a soft cloth, dip it in the solution to dampen it, and then clean the gemstones and the metal parts of your jewelry. Be gentle when rubbing the stones so as not to damage them.
3. After your jewelry has been cleaned, wipe the soap residue off your jewelry with a soft cloth that has been dampened with water only.
4. Wipe the clean pieces dry, and then leave them to air dry completely.
Polishing Gold & Platinum Jewelry
You can polish your jewelry using a jewelry polishing cloth that you can buy at the store. You can also have your gold rings polished by a jeweler.
Keep in mind, however, that you shouldn’t have it polished too often: Since this process involves using abrasive materials, it removes a thin surface layer off your jewelry. This is why extensive polishing will wear down your jewelry quickly.
Wearing Your Gold or Platinum Jewelry Safely
Do not wear your jewelry in the shower. Also, remove them when swimming. The chlorine in tap and pool water can discolor your gold and damage your jewelry parts.
Do not do any housework with your jewelry on as bleach and other chemicals used in household cleaners can damage your jewelry.
Keep in mind that gold is a soft metal and scratches easily. That’s why you should not wear your jewelry during any activities that may expose them to the risk of hits or blows.
Storing Gold and Platinum Jewelry
Store your jewelry separately from other jewelry as most other metals can scratch the metal easily. It’s best to keep your jewelry in small pouches or in a separate jewelry box.
